Condo #407 exclusively and new Policies include:
-Deposit: is $250 and 20 days before arrival balance in full is due.
-Cleaning Fee:$85
-Processing Fee: $30
-Taxes 12% (7% Sales and 5% Tourist) also apply
-Cancellation: requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted.
-For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.
